Description
Roast and serve immediately at the table, there is the Riess Gourmet pan is just right. The sustainable pan is not only suitable for many dishes, but can also be used by one or many people, as it is available in many sizes. This classic serving pan has two handles and is ideal for all egg dishes, dumplings of all kinds and much more. With its two practical handles, it can be placed directly on the dining table and is therefore also suitable as a serving pan or even as a plate replacement, because after all, you can cut things with knives in it.
At the same time, the gourmet pan is also an oven pan and can be placed in the oven at high heat, e.g. as a gratin dish for baking or simply to keep food warm.
Enamel is made from iron that has been fused with glass at high temperatures, i.e. from natural raw materials. This enamel cookware can be used on all types of stoves (gas, electric, glass ceramic, induction and even over an open fire). Thanks to the iron core, the heat is quickly conducted and then stored: for sustainable, energy-saving cooking. The non-porous, smooth glass surface guarantees perfect hygiene. This is aroma-neutral and bacteria-inhibiting and is also easy to clean. If used properly and cared for correctly, enamelware will give you pleasure for a long time and retains its typical shine.
Riess is now the only tableware manufacturer whose production has a positive CO2 balance. Their factory is powered by electricity from their own hydroelectric power plants. They generate more electricity than they need themselves and feed it into the grid as green electricity.
