Description
The Holzknecht pan is one of the classics in the pan range and an eye-catcher in every kitchen. This sustainable pan gets its alpine-sounding name from the typical wooden handle. Thanks to the brass ring at the end of the pan handle, the pan can not only be stacked, but also hung up for storage. Frying and serving directly from the pan, there is the Riess A woodcutter pan is a good tip and ensures a good mood at the table. And the woodcutter pan also serves well as a serving pan and you have less to wash up.
Enamel is made from iron that is fused with glass at high temperatures, so it is made from natural raw materials. Enamel cookware can be used on all types of stoves (gas, electric, glass ceramic, induction and even over an open fire). Thanks to the iron core, heat is quickly conducted and then stored: for sustainable, energy-saving cooking. The non-porous, smooth glass surface guarantees perfect hygiene. This is aroma-neutral and bacteria-inhibiting and is also easy to clean. If used properly and cared for correctly, enamel cookware will give you years of pleasure and retain its typical shine.
Riess is now the only tableware manufacturer whose production has a positive CO2 balance. Their factory is powered by electricity from their own hydroelectric power plants. They generate more electricity than they need themselves and feed it into the grid as green electricity.
We have the Riess CLASSIC Holzknechtpfanne Black in 4 different versions: ⌀20cm, ⌀24cm, ⌀26cm & ⌀30cm

This product scores highly in at least 50% of our sustainable manufacturing criteria, making it particularly sustainable. Manufacturing is an essential step in the life cycle of a product.
