Oceanshield™ is the first respiratory mask in the world with an FFP2 guarantee, which is made of purely plant-based materials* and in whose production no petroleum is used. This means that it not only offers optimal protection for us humans, but also protects resources and the climate thanks to its bio-based materials of renewable origin. In addition, the bio-plastic (PLA) used in this mask is completely biodegradable. In addition, Oceanshield™ by being comfortable to wear and made of skin-friendly materials. The particle-filtering half mask also offers the highest FFP2 quality and therefore optimal protection in everyday life. SUSTAINABILITY & ECOLOGY

The plant-based mask was made from renewable raw materials. The natural materials used in its production are completely biodegradable.

Material:

Bio-based plastic: PLA (polylactic acid), usually made from bio-based materials such as corn or sugar cane

Proper disposal:

Even though the mask is biodegradable, we strongly advise that it residual waste Disposal in organic waste is not possible due to the short turnaround times in the composting plants.

Instructions:

First, check if the mask is damaged and replace it if you notice any irregularities.
Then open the mask to prepare it for placement on your face. The nose bridge should be facing up and the cushion facing inward.
First, adjust the nose bridge to the shape of your nose using your index fingers.
Then place the ear loops around your ears so that the mask fits tightly to your face and your nose and chin are completely covered.
Then adjust the nose bridge with both index fingers to finally adjust it to your nose.
Finally, check that the mask fits tightly enough and adjust it if necessary to ensure a secure fit.
When storing, keep away from contaminated areas, prevent extrusion and avoid contact with moisture, high temperatures and corrosive chemicals.

Warnings:

The fit is crucial to the performance of this filtering half mask.
Before use, check that the mask fits properly on your face.
Facial hair may affect the effectiveness of this mask.
The mask is not suitable in poor air quality (pollution, lack of oxygen) or in explosive atmospheres.
This product is not flame retardant and must not be used in areas with open flames.
