You will always be kept up to date with your shipping status. Immediately after the goods have been dispatched, you will receive an email from our shipping partner DHL and a shipment tracking number. DHL will also inform you of status updates during the delivery process.

Deliveries to non-EU countries may incur different shipping costs and customs fees after the order has been received. We will inform you about this separately. Shipping methods and delivery costs may vary depending on the individual item and will be communicated during the ordering process.

The actual shipping costs can only be determined once items are in the shopping cart. For wholesale quantities, you may be informed separately.

Payment Information

To make your purchase as uncomplicated as possible, you can pay in our webshop by credit card, advance payment, instant bank transfer, PayPal or other payment service providers such as Klarna. Business customers can also use the purchase on account option. For security reasons, payment in advance is required for the first order and is subject to a positive credit check. As soon as the advance payment transfer has been received in our bank account, your order will be dispatched.

Subject to a positive credit check, the invoice can be paid by bank transfer after receipt of the goods. Purchase on account is made via the payment providers (Paypal or Klarna)

PayPal
With just a few clicks, you can pay for the goods and have them shipped immediately if they are available. Your bank and credit card details will not be passed on to third parties.

Pay later & installment purchase
Depending on the payment provider you select during checkout (Paypal or Klarna), you can use the “pay later” function with the respective provider and, for example, pay after 30 days or use an installment plan.

Credit or debit card
With a debit card, the account is charged directly, while with a credit card, payments are billed in batches on a monthly basis.
